As part of Employee Appreciation Week which tied in with World Gratitude Day in September, our client wanted to create some buzz within the organisation over a 2-week period leading up to their upcoming townhall meeting. With limited budget available, the team at BI WORLDWIDE were given the task to propose effective ways to create awareness of Employee Appreciation Week and to encourage meaningful recognition during that period.
